After watching an episode of Playschool, Cakes requested to make snow domes like they did on TV. This was great as I had been saving jars for a little while with the intention to make Daddy one for his desk at work. Most of the process was very easily completed with little help required from myself.

The most difficult part was getting Cakes to pose for a photo and then printing, cutting and laminating it. I found it easiest to place the picture in a word document, copy and invert it. Once printed I taped it to a window and lined the two pictures up. A small part pasted together and cut it out. This was the most difficult task but ensured it was double sided and perfectly aligned. This was laminated and placed in a small part of a plastic cup that was cut to fit the mouth of the jar. Cakes added water, glycerine and glitter to the jar. Her picture added and lid glued tight and the final product was a Cakes snow dome for Daddy's desk.
